UpHire is an AI-powered career platform that provides resume optimization, ATS matching, cover letter generation, voice interview coaching, and job application tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription and free-tier basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

UpHire offers Free, Pro, and Career subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by UpHire Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (resumes, cover letters, etc.). By uploading content, you grant UpHire a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service uses AI to generate resume suggestions, cover letters, interview feedback, and other career-related content. You acknowledge that:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
UpHire does not guarantee employment outcomes. We make no representations that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UpHire Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
